The programming language that we use to teach kids how to code is called KidScript®. It's an approachable language that replaces unnecessary complexities with an easy to read, easy to write syntax.
You will receive a personal session update from your kid's Guide after every session to let you know what was covered during class you can also see your kid's progress within each coding skill through your Codeverse Parent Portal.
If you can read, you can code! From there, Codeverse is a personalized learning experience perfect for any kid.
All US based, Codeverse Guides are a collective of K-12 certified teachers, seasoned designers, game developers and engineering experts who have been coached by seasoned Guides.

When you sign up for a trial class, Codeverse's welcome team will hand-pair your kid with your Guide. After every session, you will receive a survey asking you for feedback and if you would like to work with that Guide again. If not (which is rare), no worries! We will personally reach out to find the perfect Guide for you. Check out what our parents say about their Guides.
Yes! For your recurring 1-on-1 classes, you will be paired with your preferred Guide every class. You will always be able to see the Guide on your upcoming session in your Parent Portal.

Every Codeverse Membership includes:
All you need is a desktop or laptop computer (or tablet with a keyboard) and wifi connection! We suggest using Google Chrome for the best connection.
Our 50-minute 1:1 virtual sessions are hosted entirely within the Codeverse platform!
To join a virtual session, all you need to do is sign into our Parent Portal at account.codeverse.com, at the time of your session, and then click Sign In next to your child's name.
For any membership plan, you will receive credits each month for a number of classes. We will schedule those for you on a recurring basis for you (example, Mondays at 4pm) but you have the flexibility reschedule or save those credits if something comes up!
We offer rolling enrollment throughout the year with class times available everyday from 9am-9pm CST.
We text you 24 hours prior and 1 hour prior to every class. Codeverse classes can be rescheduled in your Parent Portal up to the day before with no penalty. Our team is able to assist within the hours of 8:30am - 5pm Central. If a class is not rescheduled in time, it is considered missed and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
You can easily save your class credits directly from your Parent Portal. Going out of town for two weeks? Just press "skip" on your upcoming classes and you will see those class credits added to your profile to be used in the future!
If you wish to change or cancel your membership please email us at support@codeverse.com prior to your billing date. Please note that termination is effective only once confirmed in writing by our team.
If you receive a discount for a multi-month commitment and cancel prior to the end of the discounted term, you will be subject to an early cancellation fee equal to the total discount that you received.
All sales are final. Certain refund requests may be considered by Codeverse on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of Codeverse.
